In the top menu bar, select the Offering tab:

Select +Add Document:

To load an offering document:

  1. Select the type of document:

    1. Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA)

    2. Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)

    3. Membership Agreement

    4. Other

  2. Enter the name of the document

  3. To upload the document you can either drag and drop the file or select the upload button and upload the file via your file browser

  4. You can require a signature on any file you upload.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to request a signature on a file you are uploading, contact Passthrough as we will need to customize the signature block.

To archive a document, select:

PLEASE NOTE: Once a document has been sent to an investor it cannot be deleted. The subscription document will be loaded by Passthrough during onboarding.
