Administrators can add additional users (collaborators) to an investor account in Passthrough. Administrators may be required to contact support to enable this feature.

(Note, instructions on how investors can add additional collaborators on their end is here).

Additional investor users will have the same permissions as the initial LP user (add additional users, review and edit investor questionnaire, download documents and sign subscription agreements).

Here's how to add an additional investor user:

Select "View" for the investor you would like add additional collaborators for:

Select the pencil next to the name of the investor on the right:

Select "Add person":

Enter the name and email of the new user and select "add".

The new user will then receive the following email with log in instructions:
