Subscription agreements and other related documents that have been completed offline by the investor can be directly imported to their investor account in Passthrough and saved for record keeping by the administrator.

Under the Closings tab, navigate to the investor's account by selecting their name from the investor table.

Select the Documents tab.

Select Upload next to the appropriate document type.

  1. Drag & drop or browse your computer for the document to upload.

  2. Select whether the Subscription Agreement has been (1) signed or (2) signed & countersign.

  3. Enter the capital commitment from the investor. This should match the amount in their subscription documents.

  4. Select Next: Review to save and proceed.

PLEASE NOTE: Only PDF formatted files and only one document can be uploaded. If necessary, please upload one combined PDF if you prefer to track multiple investor documents together.
