Administrators with edit permissions have the ability to clear existing signatures from investor agreements in Passthrough.
First, navigate to the appropriate Closing in your Passthrough account. Then choose the investor. Investors must be in the "Investor Signed" status for administrators to have the ability to clear signatures.
On the Documents tab, select the Clear Signatures icon under the document that requires the cleared signature.
Select OK to confirm to clear the investor's signature from the document. Note, if there are more than one signature attached to the investor's document (for a joint signor, for example), all signatures will be cleared at once.
Once the signature is cleared, the Request Changes icon in red will become available to select. Select this icon to send the document back to the investor to request changes and/or new signatures.
